If you are using ILWIS 3.8.4 there´s an option for import mdb.
Import --- ActiveX Data Objects(ADO) --- Table --- Access (I never tried this option).

With ADO through which the access to 'access' runs in Ilwis you have the problem that you are dependent if someone else installed ADO drivers for it on your system. We ourselves don’t do it ( I am even not sure if we are allowed, licencse wise, to do it). Furthermore since windows 7 the ADO system has seen some changes and I am not 100% sure if the current version of Ilwis (always) reacts correctly to those changes. On home system I can import access, but on my system at work, I can't. So there you go.
